Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive your product in damaged/defective condition, please contact our office within 48 hours of receipt. Please maintain all packaging materials.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your Equicross product, please contact us regarding RMA information. Most products are returnable within 7 days of receipt and must be received in salable condition for a merchandise credit or cash refund equal to the price of the product, less a 25% restocking fee. Custom order products may not be returnable and/or may be subject to additional charges which may be necessary to return product to new and sellable condition. If any product is found to be defective, manufacturers warranty will apply.
